Ana Neves has been expressing her creativity since her early teen years when she stumbled upon the world of illustrated stories. From that time on, she devoted herself to practicing and improving her art in order to share her imaginary world with other people. She has a lifetime fascination with romantic imagery, fantasy storytelling and fairy tales. Through her paintings, she is able to tell her stories. She pours herself into her work to create characters that embody the emotions she has experienced and lessons she has learned in various stages of her life. She has always been interested in traditional mediums. She focused on working with color pencils until she discovered that she could mix them with water-based paints such as acrylics. Ana continues to experiment with mediums to improve her skills with each artwork, challenging herself to figure out new ways to paint and tell more magical adventures through her art.
