Long ago, before trees were used for their pulp and fiber to bind our stories, they were story protectors of a different kind. As legend and druids can tell you, there are places on the planet where the veil between worlds is thin, and the trees were guardians of these sacred spaces. During that age, if one was lucky, one might encounter a door in the trunk of a tree, known as a duirwaigh, a portal between magical worlds. The contents of this oracle were entrusted to me from a Tree Keeper in Lapland who guarded the ancient groves. The Tree Keeper gifted me her legacy book. Tree Keepers Oracle is derived from that tome. Tree Keepers Oracle includes 44 gold* gilt-edged cards, 108-page lushly illustrated guidebook, and organza drawstring pouch.

Tree Keepers Oracle is Gorgeous with a capital G! First off I have to say that the artwork by Stephanie Law is just so beautiful and breathtaking. Stephanie’s artwork is so highly detailed and magical that it just takes me away into another world. I love the concept of this deck and the writing by Angi Sullins is awe inspiring and profound. The quality and production of this deck is equally highly detailed and phenomenal. The box is constructed very well with the most beautiful design. As a large deck collector myself, this deck has got to be one of my favorite box designs. It doesn’t take up much room and it is stunning in it’s artwork. As a person with smaller hands this oracle is the perfect size for me. It is larger than your basic tarot deck but small enough to shuffle beautifully. The cards are 3in x 5in is size and have reversable backs as well. The cardstock is glossy with smooth gold gilding. I love that the card titles all have a more solid background color so that the font is easy to read. This 44 card deck also comes with a full color guidebook and the pages are made of a premium heavy paper. I have done several readings with this deck now and the messages have been right on target and inspirational. I highly recommend this deck to everyone. It pairs so beautifully with so many decks as well as the Shadowscapes Tarot by the same artist Stephanie Law.
