This is the BEST tarot deck that came out this year, hands down. I can't recommend it enough and have been using it daily. The whole deck is very thoughtful and combines runes, numerology and the tarot. Great for beginners but also for those looking for something new.

Wow this deck made a fast impression on me! I immediately thought "now this is a deck I can sink my teeth into" with all of its symbolism. I love it when a deck pushes me to explore more. Like there is so much hidden below the surface just waiting to be explored. I am a seeker at heart, which I believe most tarot readers are. C.A. Mallad writes about how this whole deck started by taking the Moon card and recreating it into a tattoo. Amanda Noteman is the tattoo artist she asked to help her. This concept is such a beautiful collaboration with two friends that turned into a most excellent tarot deck filled with Elemental symbols, Runes, and Astrology. What I find so fascinating is that each of the images is drawn within its own elemental associated symbol. As a Michigander I also love that both ladies are from my home state of Michigan and that they are friends that worked together to create this masterpiece. The artwork is different and beautiful and thought provoking and the book is so beautifully written and there is just so much information that it satiates this seekers need for more. The book not only has detailed information about each card and the symbolism, but also several spreads and pages and pages of correspondence information such as Planetary, Zodiacal, Runes and more. I highly recommend this deck to tarot lovers who want more out of their decks! This is a semi-gloss card stock and it is a standard size deck, the box is a sturdy two-part box. A great minimalist deck! If you do not want a lot of details on your cards but enough to be able to read from this may be the deck you are looking for. Each card incorporates the traditional Rider Waite Smith Tarot symbolism with additional runes, elements and astrological symbolism as well. There is a lot of symbolism to pick up from during a reading yet the cards are not cluttered, just the perfect mix of symbols and illustrations. An excellent signifier deck but makes a perfect standalone deck as well.
