What Customers Are Saying About Motherpeace Tarot Guidebook
I wanted to find a good female-centered and globally diverse tarot deck, and I found it really difficult. But the Motherpeace Tarot cards are perfect. Bringing together stories and images and symbols from around the world, they represent powerful women and respectfully base them on diverse global cultures. The artwork is so beautiful and powerful, so much to look at in them and interpret. They come with a little paper guidebook to interpretation of each card, but it is totally worth buying the accompanying book with more info. I also really like that they are circular, which removes the up/down binary of most tarot interpretations and gives space for more fluid interpretations of the grey areas in between, a much more feminine / queer way of interpreting the messages. Based on standard decks and interpretations, they're are some interesting readings that subvert and alter any male European dominance typical in standard readings. I also find them more gentle and more empowering than standard tarot.
